内容摘要

Digital technologies have been transforming the traditional workplace and reshaping how work is designed, performed, and managed in organizations. This makes understanding digital work and its impact on job performance critically important. This talk explores the relationship between digital work and job performance from several perspectives. It argues for the need to adopt an integrative perspective for better understanding such a relationship with the potential development of novel theories and models in the “new normal” working environment.
