Today is a risk society, and risk perception has been proved to be a more important influencing factor on subjects' behavioral decisions than real risk. But due to the limitations of traditional analysis data and barriers in data acquisition, current risk perception research still suffers from significant research deficiencies. In order to solve the above problems, the report provides a new solution for risk perception identification supported by multi-source text data and text mining technology. And taking the tourism industry as an example, it realizes the identification of companies' risk perception and the portrayal of the dynamic change process of tourists' risk perception, which provides important reference information for scientific tourism risk management.
主讲人简介
冯钰瑶，中国科学院大学经济与管理学院特别研究助理，研究方向为风险感知与大数据决策，相关研究成果发表于Science（Letter形式）、Humanities & Social Sciences Communications、Annals of Tourism Research、《管理评论》等国内外主流学术期刊上。曾获中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目、中国科学院院长优秀奖等多项奖励。
